Process

How deletion works.

Basentra verifies account ownership first, then removes or anonymises account data where it can.

Send the request

Email privacy@basentra.app from the email address linked to your Basentra account, using the subject line Account deletion request.

Confirm ownership

Basentra may ask for reasonable confirmation that the request came from the account holder before deleting account data.

Deletion and retention

Once verified, Basentra will delete or anonymise account data unless limited records must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention or audit reasons.

  • Confirm that you want the account and associated personal data deleted.

Keep the email focused

Include the account email and deletion request only. Please do not send unnecessary food, health, cycle or wellbeing details.

Local files stay with you

If you exported reports or files such as CSV, PDF, HTML or JSON where available, account deletion does not remove copies saved or shared outside Basentra.
